The prices indicated below are per square metre “bare floor space”, excluding. VAT. Titanium, platinum, gold and sponsors are entitled to an additional discount. Additional shell scheme packages are available upon request.

FLOOR SPACE ALLOCATION
Floor spaces are assigned according to the level of sponsorship until 1 December 2017. After this date the remaining space is assigned on the basis of the following order: 1) the level of sponsorships, 2) the size of purchased space, and 3) the date of payment received.
Only fully completed exhibition space orders will be accepted. The exhibition space order will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment in full accordance with the general terms and conditions. The organizers reserve the right to accept or reject applications and to assign spaces. Each exhibitor will receive a limited number of free badges based on the number of purchased quare meters according to the ratio outlined below. Additional exhibitor badges can be purchased for $ 495 per badge.
