Dear Colleague,
The INTEREST workshop initiative was launched in 2007, speerheaded by Prof. Joep M.A. Lange and Prof. Charles Boucher and supported by a prominent panel of developing and developed country experts in the field of HIV/AIDS. Three focused meetings have been convened since its inception, the first being held in Uganda, the second in Senegal, the third in Zambia and the 4th in Mozambique, where specialists in the field of HIV prevention and treatment shared their knowledge and views with each other.
Like its predecessors, the 4th INTEREST workshop in Mozambique in 2010 was extremely successful, attracting 223 participants across 5 continents. The 3 1/2-day meeting will continue to feature presentations of renowned invited speakers, abstract-driven presentations and poster presentations.
