Alice Posthumus-Plantinga
Charles Boucher
Charles Boucher, MD, PhD, is a professor of Virology at the Erasmus Medical Center of the University of Rotterdam. Charles is our Scientific Director.
Kees Posthumus
Kees has worked with Virology Education since 2005. Kees has a master's degree in Economics and is our Financial controller.
Wilco Keulen
Wilco started working for Virology Education in 2002 and has a PhD degree in Biology. Wilco is our Senior Scientist.
Jo-Els van der Woude
Jo-Els started working for Virology Education in 2001, she has a master's degree in Spanish language and literature. Jo-Els is our Senior Conference Manager.
She is responsible for the HIV and Women workshop, the HIV Pharmacology Workshop, the Hepatitis Pharmacology Workshop, the Hepatitis-C Resistance & new Compounds workshop and the Tuberculosis Pharmacology workshop.
Goda Adomonis
Goda Adomonis joined the Virology Education team as Event Manager in 2009. She has a master's degree in History and Theory of Architecture.
Goda is responsible for the HIV & Hepatitis Co-infection Workshop, the HIV & Aging Workshop, the European Meeting on HIV & Hepatitis and the HIV Transmission Workshop.
Fraukje (Kia) Heida
Fraukje (Kia) joined the Virology Education team as Event Manager in 2010. She has a Bachelor degree in Social Work.
Fraukje is responsible for the INTEREST Workshop, the International Workshop on HIV Pediatrics, the Asian Conference on Hepatitis, HIV and other Viral Diseases and the Global Workshop on HCV Therapy Advances.
Ingrid Goedhart
Ingrid started working for Virology Education in 2006 until August 2008. After an absence of 2 years, she rejoined our team and is now working in a combined function as office manager and event manger for the Dutch events, such the Post-CROI, Infectieziektendagen and the HIV and Hepatitis Masterclasses.
