*A 50 USD discount will be applied if you register for both the Intl. Workshop on Clinical Pharmacology of Hepatitis Therapy and the Hepatitis C Resistance & New Compounds Workshop.
Please note: after 11 June payment will only be permited on-site (23-24 June). Payment can only be made by credit card, either online or on-site. Day rates are not available
This registration fee includes:
- Registration for the joint session on Thursday 24 June (provided you check the appropriate box
on the on-line registration form)
- Entrance into all scientific sessions, including poster area
- Delegate bag, including abstract book and final program
- Welcome drinks on Wednesday
- Refreshment breaks on Wednesday and Thursday
- Lunch on Wednesday
- Dinner on Wednesday evening provided pre-registration and payment of the
nominal contribution of $40 have been received
Accommodation fees
The conference will be held at the Marriott Courtyard Boston Downton/Tremont hotel, in Boston's city center.
Unfortunately it is not possible anymore to book guest rooms at the meeting venue anymore through Virology Education. We would like to advise you to contact the hotel directly.

Important
-We would like to advise you register early to ensure your registration and
hotel reservation, as registration will close when the capacity of the venue is reached.
-Please note that registration will be limited to researchers, clinicians and others actively participating in the field of Clinical Pharmacology of Hepatitis Therapy, with preference accorded to researchers and clinicians with a doctorate or other professional degree.
-No day rate is available.

By credit card only: online or by written authorization.
PLEASE NOTE: Submission of your registration does not guarantee that your registration has been accepted. Your registration if final when full prepayment has been received and a confirmation of your registration has been sent.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation the following refunds are applicable:
Cancellation before 1 May, 2010: 50% refund (minus an administration fee of $40)
Cancellation on/after 1 May, 2010: no refund
Should you be unable to attend the conference, a substitute delegate is always welcome at no extra charge provided that a letter of authorization from the original participant has been received and the Conference Secretariat has been notified of the name of the substitute delegate before 1 June 2010.
A statement (email/letter/fax) of your cancellation must be sent to Virology Education.
Media registration
In order to register as a media participant for the Workshop, the conference secretariat needs to receive proof of accreditation. A reduced registration fee may apply for accredited media participants. Please contact the conference secretariat for registration conditions. A final program/abstract book will be provide on-site. Deadline for application is 14 May 2010 CET.
NB: Media registration can only represent the written press. Recording on film or photo is not allowed. We would like to receive a copy of your workshop report once it is finalized
Accreditation may take the form of a photocopy of official press credentials or a letter verifying assignment to the Workshop on the stationery of the media organization concerned. Freelance journalists should submit copies of three (3) by-lined articles on Clinical Pharmacology of Hepatitis in addition to an official letter of assignment. Newsletter writers and editors must submit three (3) issues of their newsletter containing at least one by-lined article on Clinical Pharmacology of Hepatitis by the applicant. All credentials will be verified by the Organizing Committee of the Workshop.
Media participants cannot register online, but are requested to send the above mentioned information to info@virology-education.com.
Sponsored attendance
If you are invited by a pharmaceutical or diagnostic company or if your registration is organized by a travel agency please do not register online or by fax. The sponsoring company will be asked to register you via the Conference Secretariat.
