Online registration has now been closed.
However it is still possible to register onsite.

Onsite registration opens at 7:30am on Saturday September 11th.

This registration fee includes:
o  Access to all scientific sessions, including poster area
o  Delegate bag, including abstract book and final program
o  Refreshment breaks & lunch
o Dinner on Saturday evening, provided pre-registration and payment of the nominal contribution of $40 has been received.

Accommodation fees
The conference will be held at the Courtyard Boston Downtown/Tremont hotel (by Marriott). The accommodation fee includes 1 night (10 or 11 September 2010). Please also see Workshop info page for more details and conditions.

We strongly advise you to book as soon as possible to ensure accommodation, as availability is limited.

Important
o  Please remember that registrations will only be processed if on line payment has been applied OR if we have received your credit card details by fax. Registrations are valid and will be confirmed only after full payment of the registration fee has been received.
o  Registration will be limited to researchers clinicians and others actively participating as investigators in the field of HIV , with preference accorded to doctoral and professional degree level researchers and clinicians.

PLEASE NOTE: Submission of your registration does not guarantee that your registration has been accepted. Your accepted registration will be confirmed only after full payment of the fee has been received
 
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation the following refunds are applicable:
Cancellation before 16 July 2010: 50% refund, plus cancellation fee of 40 USD
Cancellation on/after 16 July, 2010: no refund
 
Should you be unable to attend the conference, a substitute delegate is always welcome at no extra charge provided that a letter of authorization from the original participant has been received and the Conference Secretariat has been notified of the name of the substitute delegate before 27 August 2010.
A statement (email/letter/fax) of your cancellation needs to be sent to Virology Education.
Only cancellations in writing will be taken into consideration.
 
Media registration:
In order to register as a media participant for the Workshop, the conference secretariat needs to receive proof of accreditation. There is no registration fee for accredited media participants. Media participants are entitled to admission to all sessions of the Workshop as well as the social event  (provided a reservation has been made). An abstract book will be provided on site. Deadline for application is 27 August.

NB: Media is restricted to the written press. Recording on film or photo is not allowed. We would like to receive a copy of your workshop report once it is finalized.  

Accreditation may take the form of a photocopy of official press credentials or a letter verifying assignment to the Workshop on the stationery of the media organization concerned. Freelance journalists should submit copies of three (3) by-lined articles on HIV/AIDS in addition to an official letter of assignment. Newsletter writers and editors must submit three (3) issues of their newsletter containing at least one by-lined article on HIV/AIDS by the applicant. All credentials will be verified by the Organising Committee of the Workshop.
Media participants cannot register on line, but are requested to send the above mentioned information to info@virology-education.com.
 
Sponsored attendance
If you are invited by a pharmaceutical or diagnostic company or if your registration is organised by a travel agency please do not register on line or by fax. The sponsoring company will be asked to register you via the Conference Secretariat.
 
Group Registration
Groups (4 persons and more) are requested to use the group registration form instead of the online registration method. Please download the Group Registration form (see right) and return the form by fax to Virology Education.
