Fees and Conditions
Registration fee excluding accommodation (accommodation fees are listed below).

Please choose the fee type that is applicable to your situation. Your registration is only valid after paying the correct and full registration fee. If an incorrect fee is chosen, you will be contacted by Virology Education in order to pay the remainder and an administration fee of 35 EUR will apply.

Please note:  After 3 April 2011 payment will only be permitted on-site (13-15 April).
Payment can only be made by credit card, either online or on-site.
 
This registration fee includes:
 -  Entrance into all scientific sessions, including poster area
 -  Delegate bag, including abstract book/final program
 -  Welcome drinks
 -  Refreshments during the breaks
 -  Lunch during the program 

Dinner on Thursday 14 April 2011 provided pre-registration and payment of the nominal contribution of €35 have been received
 
Accommodation fees
The conference will be held at the Hyatt Coral Gables, Miami, FL, USA. The accommodation package includes 2 nights (13-14 April 2011), American breakfast and all applicable taxes. For the hotel address please see workshop info page.
 
We strongly advise you to book as soon as possible to ensure accommodation. It is possible to book additional nights prior to and after the conference, based on availability (limited capacity). 

Important
-     We strongly advise you to register early to ensure your 
      registration and hotel reservation, as registration will close when the
      capacity of the venue is reached.
-     Please note that registration will be limited to researchers, clinicians and
      others actively participating in the field of Clinical Pharmacology of HIV
      Therapy, with preference accorded to researchers and clinicians with a
      doctorate or other professional degree who submit an abstract. 
-     No day rate is available.
 
Payment
By credit card only: online or by written authorization (see online registration).

PLEASE NOTE: Submission of your online registration does not guarantee that your registration has been accepted. Your registration is final when full prepayment has been received and a confirmation of your registration has been sent.
 
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation the following refunds are applicable:
Cancellation before 18 Feb. 2011: 50% refund (minus an administration fee of € 35)
Cancellation on/after 18 Feb. 2011: sorry, no refund

Should you be unable to attend the conference, a substitute delegate is always welcome at no extra charge provided that a letter of authorization from the original participant has been received and the Conference Secretariat has been notified of the name of the substitute delegate before 18 March 2011. A statement (email/letter/fax) of your cancellation must be sent to Virology Education.

Media registration
In order to register as a media participant for the Workshop, the conference secretariat needs to receive proof of accreditation. A reduced registration fee may apply for accredited media participants. Please contact the conference secretariat for registration conditions. A final program/abstract book will be provided on-site. Deadline for application is 18 March 2011.
 
NB: Media is restricted to the written press. Recording on film or photo is not allowed. We would like to receive a copy of your workshop report once it is finalized.   

Accreditation may take the form of a photocopy of official press credentials or a letter verifying assignment to the Workshop on the stationary of the media organization concerned. Freelance journalists should submit copies of three (3) by-lined articles on Clinical Pharmacology of HIV Therapy in addition to an official letter of assignment. Newsletter writers and editors must submit three (3) issues of their newsletter containing at least one by-lined article on Clinical Pharmacology of HIV Therapy by the applicant. All credentials will be verified by the Organizing Committee of the Workshop.
 
Media participants may not register online, but are requested to send the above-mentioned information to info@virology-education.com.

PhD Students & delegates from resource poor countries
A limited number of free registrations are available for PhD Students and abstract submitters from resource poor countries. To become eligible for a free registration a plausible abstract must be submitted. 
Please follow the regular abstract submission procedure and send an e-mail to
info@virology-education.com indicating you are a PhD student or delegate from a resource poor country wishing to apply for a free registration for the 11th Intl. Workshop on Clinical Pharmacology of HIV Therapy, together with your abstract title.

Sponsored attendance
If you are invited by a pharmaceutical or diagnostic company or if your registration is organized by a travel agency please do not register online or by fax. The sponsoring company will be asked to register you via the Conference Secretariat.
