A workshop dinner has been organized for Thursday evening, 8 April.
Participation is only possible after registration and appropriate payment of € 35 has been received. On site registration for the dinner is not possible.

Saturday 10 April 

Easily one of the most famous attractions in Italy, the ruins of Pompeii have been beckoning tourists the dry and dusty site of one of the most widely known volcanic eruptions that the world has ever known.  

Program:

9.00: Meeting with English speaking guide in the lobby of the hotel and departure by bus to Pompeii.

12.45: Arrival to Sorrento

Pompeii holds an intense fascination for visitors today. Following the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in the year 79 A.D. Pompeii lay buried and forgotten for hundreds of years. The Town is high on the list of Wonders of the World and the excavations begun in the 18th century are still being carried out today. Our guide will take you slowly throughout some of the ancient streets of Pompeii where you can see the Baths, Forums and Villas built by the prosperous Romans in the year 80 B.C. Marvel at the fabulously preserved frescoes which adorned the walls and floors of the Villas. Even if your interests do not lie in history, this is an archaeological site that you cannot be failed to be impressed by.
