6th International Workshop on Clinical Pharmacology of Hepatitis Therapy
We are pleased to announce the sixth edition of the International Workshop on Clinical Pharmacology of Hepatitis Therapy, to be held in Boston, MA, 22 & 23 June 2011. Due to the success of last year's back-to-back format with the International Workshop on Hepatitis C - Resistance and New Compounds, the two workshops will again be held in close proximity to each other, with a joint session on tangential topics linking them together.
The objective of the workshop is to provide a forum for discussion of topics related to clinical pharmacology of current and future drugs in the treatment of viral Hep B and Hep C.
Topics that will be covered include preclinical models of hepatitis, genetic variation in host and virus, factors affecting treatment outcome, current and future drugs and their mechanism of action, and exposure-response (PK/PD) relationships.
The meeting will consist of plenary presentations by invited speakers, abstract-driven presentations, poster viewing and Q&A-sessions.
We hope you will be able to join us at this important conference and look forward to seeing you in Boston!
