Abstract submission

Accommodation

Badges
All participants (and accompanying persons during the social events) are kindly requested to wear the badge at all times during the conference.
Bank and Currency
The official currency of the USA is the Dollar. ATMs are widely available. Credit cards generally accepted.
Certificate of Attendance
A certificate of attendance can be picked up at the registration desk on Friday 29 June.
Climate
In June the average daytime temperature ranges from 15° C - 25° C / 59° F - 77° F.
Conference Language
The official conference language will be English.
There will be no simultaneous translation.

Electrical power
Cambridge, like the rest of the continental US, uses 110 V/60 cycle electric power with two flat-blade plugs. More modern receptacles have an additional round grounding pin and remain compatible with the two flat-blade plugs. Visitors using foreign appliances with incompatible plugs or electrical needs must bring an adaptor and/or a voltage converter.

Payment of on-line registration
The registration fee of individual participants can be paid only via credit card. Your registration will be processed after receipt of payment. Payment can be processed either online or by fax authorization. The applicable registration fee for payment by credit card authorization (i.e. the amount you need to pay) is determined by the date we receive your credit card details. If your payment or credit card information has not been received within 2 weeks of the on-line registration your registration will be cancelled without further notice.
Photographs, audio and video recording
We do not permit recordings of official meeting sessions either via photograph or other audio/video recording devices. Only the official medical writer appointed by the organization may make recordings.
All presentations will be posted on the workshop website as soon as possible after the meeting is finished, provided the speaker has given permission to do so.
Program schedule
The 7th International Workshop on Hepatitis C – Resistance and New Compounds will start in the afternoon of June 28th 2011. The conference will proceed until Friday afternoon, June 29th. In the morning of June 28 there will be a joint session with the 7th International Workshop on Clinical Pharmacology of Hepatitis Therapy, with invited lectures on topics of common interest. Participants of both workshops are invited to participate in this joint session at no extra cost. For logistical reasons it is necessary to register for this session. A program at a glance can be found on the Program page. The program will be finalized as soon as possible after abstract review.
Registration fee, criteria and cancellation conditions
Registration for the conference will be possible until 10 June 2012. Individuals hoping to register after the 10th of June 2012 will only be able to do so on-site (28-29 June). For further information, fees and online registration please go to the registration page of this workshop.
