I graduated from the Fiji School of Medicine (now Fiji National University) in 2010 with MBBS. In 2011, I did my internship for a year at CWM hospital in Suva, Fiji and then joined the public health sector. I started working as a sexual health practitioner, in 2013 till present, at the Suva Reproductive Health Clinic. I am a trainer in HIV, STIs and family planning, and a mentor in HIV in Fiji.
I have contributed in many guidelines in the field of SRH for Fiji and also, written a guideline for the NGO I affiliate with. I teach HIV and STI to the final year medical students at the Fiji National University.
I work closely with the Ministry of Health, UN agencies, NGOs, CSOs, FBOs, policy makers, other partners and stakeholders in the field of SRH.
I am also the vice-president for a Pacific region NGO known as Oceania Society for Sexual Health and HIV Medicine (OSSHHM) since 2015 till date.
I have published two papers in international journals and have peer reviewed several papers for international publications.
