The Anniversary dinner will take place at Post 390 on 6 March at 7:00 PM, right after the welcome drinks and Poster Viewing session.  Pre-registration required; cost of the ticket is USD 75 per person.  Please register soon through the registration link to purchase your ticket as there is limited space.

Post 390 is an urbane, contemporary restaurant with a twist on the traditional tavern experience, with seasonally inspired dishes that reflect Executive Chef Nick Deutmeyer’s passion for fresh ingredients and unforgettable flavors.

As most participants will also attend the CROI conference, we advise to extend the hotel reservation made for that event. No accommodation is available through registration to the HIV & Women workshop.


All participants are requested to wear the badge at all times during the conference to ensure admission to the meeting.

Certificate of Attendance

A certificate of attendance will be sent by e-mail after the workshop.

Conference materials can be obtained upon registration at the registration desk at the conference venue starting from 8:00 AM on 6 March.

Electrical Power

The USA uses 110 V/60 cycle electric power with two flat-blade plugs. More modern receptacles have an additional round grounding pin and remain compatible with the two flat-blade plugs. Visitors using foreign appliances with incompatible plugs or electrical needs must bring an adapter and/or a voltage converter.

An official letter of invitation, designed to help overcome administrative difficulties in certain countries can be downloaded here: General Invitation Letter for Visa for HIV & Women. This letter does not represent a commitment on the part of the organization to provide any financial assistance. The organizing secretariat is unable to provide more extensive invitation letters.

Italian Agency for AIFA Procedure

Any Italian pharmaceutical company supporting or participating in a congress abroad is subjected to an authorization by AIFA (Italian Drug Agency), according to an Italian government decree (Decreto Legislativo 219/06 art. 124).

The request of authorization must be submitted within 60 days before the starting date of the event. Italian pharmaceutical companies are advised to contact the official agency appointed by the organizing secretariat:

By registering for the conference participants agree that the organizers do not accept responsibility for medical, travel, or personal insurance. Participants are advised to take out their own insurance policies.

Payment and Procedure of Online Registration

Your registration will be processed after receipt of payment. Payment can be processed either online or by fax authorization. The registration fee, valid on the day of receipt of registration, will be applied, provided that payment is processed immediately. If your payment has not been received within two weeks of the online registration, your registration will be cancelled without further notice.

Photographs, Audio and Video Recording

Photographs as well as audio and video recordings are not permitted at the official meeting sessions. Only the official medical writer, appointed by the organization, may make recordings. All presentations, will be posted on the workshop website (under Workshop Materials) as soon as possible after the workshop is finished, provided the speaker has given permission to do so.

Registration Fee, Criteria and Cancellation Conditions
