Certificate of Attendance
A certificate of attendance can be picked up at the registration desk on Saturday 5 December.
Aconference dinner is included in the registration fee! Please join us for a social gathering and to interact with all conference delegates in an informal setting. Further information on the conference dinner will be available as soon as possible.
The official conference language will be English. There will be no simultaneous translation.

Italian Agency for AIFA Procedure
Any Italian pharmaceutical company supporting or participating in a congress abroad, is subjected to an authorisation by AIFA (Italian Drug Agency), according to an Italian Government Decree (Decreto Legislativo 219/06 art. 124).

Payment and Procedure of online registration
Your registration will be processed within 3 working days after receipt of payment. Payment can be processed either on line or by fax authorization. The registration fee valid on the day of receipt of registration will be applied, provided that payment is effected immediately. If your payment has not been received within 2 weeks after the on line registration your registration will be cancelled without further notice.
Photographs, Audio and Video Recording
We do not permit recordings of official meeting sessions either via photograph or other audio/video recording devices. Only the official medical writer appointed by the organization may make recordings.
All presentations and (if applicable) webcasts will be posted on www.infectiousdiseasesonline.com as soon as possible after the meeting is finished, provided the speaker has given explicit consent to do so.

Online registration for the conference will be opened 4 months prior to the start of the workshop. Online registration is possible until 21 November 2015. Individuals hoping to register after this date, will only be able to do so on site provided the capacity of the room.
