Conference Dinner
The networking dinner will take place on May 15th, 2019. This workshop dinner is not included in the registration fee and participation costs for the dinner are € 60. Please join us for a social gathering and to interact with all conference delegates in an informal setting.

The registration fee valid on the day of receipt of registration will be applied, provided that payment is effected immediately. Photographs, Audio and Video Recording
We do not permit recordings of official meeting sessions either via photograph or other audio/video recording devices. Only the official medical writer appointed by the organization may make recordings.

Noordwijk can be accessed by air via Schiphol Airport or from Rotterdam The Hague International Airport. The easiest method of transportation to the meeting venue from Schipol International Airport is via taxi, however it is possible to arrive in Noordwijk via public transportation.

Currency
Legal tender is the Hong Kong Dollar (HKD). There are 100 cents in a dollar. Coins, issued by the government, are bronze-colored for 10 cents, 20 cents and 50 cents; silver-colored for HKD1, HKD2, HKD5, nickel and bronze for HKD10. Notes issued by HSBC and Standard Chartered Bank have denominations of HKD10, HKD20, HKD50, HKD100, HKD500 and HKD1000. The Bank of China issues all of the denominations except HKD10.

Electricity
The standard electrical voltage in Hong Kong is 220 volts AC, 50HZ, so you will need an adaptor for your 100-volt appliances and electrical equipment. The majority of electrical outlets in Hong Kong take a three-pronged plug. You can buy an inexpensive adaptor for your equipment when you arrive in Hong Kong.

Exchange Rates
Since the mid-1980s, the value of the Hong Kong dollar has been pegged at HKD7.8 to the US dollar, and consequent rates of exchange to other currencies. However, the market rate exchange to the US dollar fluctuates marginally. Banks and money changers charge commission. Similarly, commissions are payable in hotels and major retail outlets which provide exchange facilities for their customers.

Transportation to the meeting venue

TAXI: Barcelona has 11,500 taxis easy to identify by their yellow and black colour. It takes 15/20 minutes, depending on traffic.

AEROBUS: This special service is clearly signposted at the stops outside the terminal and it takes you to different parts of the city, the Plaza de España stop is the closest to the hotel, 5 minutes walk approximately.

TRAIN: The station is located to the West of the terminal. Trains go to "Sants" Station. From here you can take either the Metro - 2 stops to Plaza de España and then 10/15 minutes walk-or by taxi.

CAR: Take the Castelldefels Motorway (C-31) towards Barcelona up to Plaza de España. Turn right into Avenida Maria Cristina and drive up until you see the National Palace. Turn left into Avenida Rius i Taulet and carry on straight until Lleida Street. The hotel is right on the corner.

We highly recommend booking a flight to Yaoundé - Nsimalen International Airport. There are several companies that fly to this airport including Airfrance, KLM, Turkish Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Swiss International Air Lines, Royal Air Maroc, Lufthansa, Ethiopian Airlines, Kenya Airways, United Airlines, US Airways, Etihad Airways, Air Burkina, Asky, RwandAir, South African Airways, and Arik Air.

Transportation airport -hotel:
Hilton Yaounde offers a complimentary pick up at Nsimalen Airport for Air France, Kenya Airways and SN Brussels Airlines flights between 8am and 9.30pm during the day. Air Ivoire, Asky, Camairco, Royal Air Maroc, Turkish Airlines and any other airline pick up will be charged on request as followed: DAY (6am to 6 pm): 10000 FCFA per person, NIGHT (6 pm to 6am): 25000 FCFA per person.

Visa

Make sure you apply for a visa in time.
Please check the requirements for obtaining a visa on internet, and make sure that your passport is valid for a minimum of six months.

If we have confirmed your registration, you will be sent an invitation letter signed by the Ministry of Health by e-mail. This invitation letter can be added to the documents required for your VISA application.

Introduction

Cameroon is a Central African nation on the Gulf of Guinea, bordered by Nigeria, Chad, the Central African Republic, the Republic of Congo, Equatorial Guinea, and Gabon. It is nearly twice the size of Oregon. Mount Cameroon (13,350 ft; 4,069 m), near the coast, is the highest elevation in the country. The main rivers are the Benue, Nyong, and Sanaga.
Area: total: 181,251 sq mi  or 469,440 sq km
Total area: 183,567 sq mi (475,440 sq km)
Waterways: (major rivers in the south, such as the Wouri and the Sanaga, are largely non-navigable; in the north, the Benue, which connects through Nigeria to the Niger River, is navigable in the rainy season only to the port of Garoua) (2010).

Photographs, audio and video recording

TAXI: Barcelona has 11,500 taxis easy to identify by their yellow and black colour.

Payment of on-line registration

The registration fee of individual participants can be paid only by credit card. Your registration will be processed and confirmed after receipt of payment. Payment can be processed either on line or by fax authorisation. The registration fee is valid on the day of receipt of credit card details. If your payment or credit card information has not been received within 2 weeks of the on line registration your registration will be cancelled without further notice.

Photographs, audio and video recording

We do not permit recordings of official meeting sessions either via photograph or other audio/video recording devices. Only the official medical writer appointed by the organisation may make recordings. All presentations will be posted on our website as soon as possible after the conference, provided the speakers have given permission to do so.
