Visitors must enter the building through the front lobby entrance on Fishers Lane and present a valid, government-issued photo ID to the security guards. Security screenings are required for anyone not in possession of a valid HHS badge.
A public parking garage is located at 5635 Fishers Lane, approximately one block from 5601. Note: the public garage accepts cash only.

Accommodation is not included in the registration. Attendees who need lodging may consider the following hotels. The hotels are in the walking distance to the venue, around 10-15 minute.

Upon request, a certificate of attendance will be sent by email.
The official conference language will be English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.
The conference pack, including program and abstract books, can be obtained upon registration at the registration desk.

Italian Agency for AIFA procedure
Any Italian pharmaceutical company supporting or participating in a congress abroad, is subjected to an authorisation by AIFA (Italian Drug Agency), according to an Italian Government Decree (Decreto Legislativo 219/06 art. 124).
The request of authorisation must be submitted within 60 day before the starting date of the event. Italian pharmaceutical companies are advised to contact the official agency appointed by the organising secretariat:

Photographs, audio and video recording
Photographs as well as audio and video recordings are not permitted at the official meeting sessions. Only the official medical writer appointed by the organization may make recordings. All presentations that we were granted permission for will be posted on the workshop website as soon as possible after the meeting is finished, provided the speaker has given permission to do so.
