Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Virology Education will negotiate a special price for rooms at the meeting hotel. Rooms can then be booked during the registration process.
All participants are kindly requested to wear their badge at all times during the conference.
Certificate of Attendance
A certificate of attendance will be emailed to delegates upon request.
A conference dinner will take place in the evening of November 22. This networking dinner is not included in the registration fee and participation costs for the dinner are € 60. Please join us for this social gathering and take the opportunity to interact with other delegates in an informal setting.
The official conference language will be English. There will be no simultaneous translation.

Italian Agency for AIFA Procedure
Any Italian pharmaceutical company supporting or participating in a congress abroad, is subjected to an authorisation by AIFA (Italian Drug Agency), according to an Italian Government Decree (Decreto Legislativo 219/06 art. 124).
The request of authorisation must be submitted within 60 day before the starting date of the event. Italian pharmaceutical companies are advised to contact the official agency appointed by the organising secretariat
Liability and Insurance
By registering for the conference participants agree that the organizers do not accept responsibility for medical-, travel- or personal insurance. Participants are advised to take out their own insurance policies.

Payment and Procedure of online registration
Your registration will be processed after receipt of payment. Payment can be processed either online or by fax authorization. The registration fee valid on the day of receipt of registration will be applied, provided that payment is effected immediately. If your payment has not been received within 2 weeks after the online registration your registration will be cancelled without further notice.
Photographs, Audio and Video Recording
We do not permit recordings of official meeting sessions either via photograph or other audio/video recording devices. Only the official medical writer appointed by the organization may make recordings.
All presentations and (if applicable) webcasts will be posted on www.infectiousdiseasesonline.com as soon as possible after the meeting is finished, provided the speaker has given explicit consent to do so.
Online registration for the conference is not yet open. Online registration is possible until the day before the start of the meeting. Individuals intending to register on the meeting days, can register onsite.

Transportation to the meeting venue
Amsterdam can be accessed by air via Schiphol Airport. From there it is possible to take a train, metro or taxi to the city center.
