Photographs, audio and video recording:
Recording of official meeting sessions either via camera, smart phone, or other audio/video recording devices is not permitted without explicit consent of a speaker. Otherwise, only the official medical writers appointed by the INTEREST conference organisers may make recordings. Presentations will be posted on our INTEREST conference website as soon as possible after the conference, if the speaker has given the organisers permission to do so.

Individuals hoping to register after the online registration deadline will only be able to do so onsite.

Visa for Namibia:
Visitors to Namibia must obtain a visa from one of Namibia’s diplomatic missions unless they come from a country or territory that is visa-exempt. Kindly note: Your passport should be valid for a period of at least 6 months from the date of arrival and there should be at least 3 blank pages (enough pages for endorsement of visas).
You are responsible for making your own visa arrangements – please make sure to submit all relevant documents when applying for a visa.

An official letter of invitation for visa purposes will be sent to you. Whether you need a visa or not, we advise you to bring a copy of your registration confirmation so that you can show it to officials when you check-in for your flight to Windhoek or cross the Namibian border.
