Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Center (HKCEC)
Transportation: from Hong Kong International Airport
- By Bus: route no. A11 or E11 to Wanchai and change to route no. 40M to the HKCEC (Estimated time: 80 mins)
- By MTR: Airport station to Hong Kong station and switch to Wanchai station (Estimated time: 40 mins)
- By Taxi (Estimated time: 45 mins)
Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. A list of preferred hotels will available on the conference website soon.
All participants are requested to wear the badge at all times during the conference to ensure admission to the meeting.
Certificate of Attendance
A digital certificate of attendance will be sent to you upon your request by email.
The official language of the conference is English (no translation facilities will be provided).
Conference materials can be obtained upon registration at the registration desk at the Conference Venue.

Photographs, audio and video recording
Photographs nor well as audio and video recordings are permitted at the official meeting sessions. Only the official medical writer, appointed by the organization may make recordings. All presentations that we were granted permission for, will be posted on the conference website as soon as possible after the workshop is finished, provided the speaker has given permission to do so.
Please check whether you need a visit visa or an entry permit for Hong Kong at the Hong Kong Immigration Department's website. Please bear in mind the time needed for the application. It might take 4-6 weeks in some cases.
Please notice that for Indian nationals there are new visa arrangements to enter Hong Kong. Details of the pre-arrival registration for Indian nationals can be found at the Hong Kong Immigration Department's website or watch the video with the procedure.
