The registration for the International Workshop on HIV & Transgender people will be limited to researchers, clinicians and others actively participating as investigators in the field of HIV and/or transgender health with preference accorded to researchers and clinicians with a doctorate or other professional degree.
To be eligible for the registration fee waiver, one must complete the Free registration application form and return to the workshop secretariat at least 4 weeks prior to the start of the workshop. Successful applicants will be sent the registration instructions within one week.
Applicants from outside of Latin America must be in possession of a valid visa to enter Mexico, and must provide one of the following:
- Confirmation of registration for IAS2019, OR
- Valid airplane tickets and hotel reservation for the meeting days in Mexico City, OR
- A personal letter of recommendation by one of the faculty members.
Please note that Virology Education DOES NOT provide visa letters or travel support to attend this meeting.

Successful applicants will be sent registration instructions within one week after the application submission. The results are not subject to discussion.
